Our Marketing Project Managers field new project requests, refine the scope and requirements, align expectations, prioritize work and get work completed on time. The role is also responsible for accurate document management, ensuring compliance requirements are met.Essential FunctionsPlan, execute, and oversee marketing projects from inception toCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and withinDevelop and manage project timelines, budgets, andCollaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align project goals with businessMonitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates toIdentify and mitigate project risks andConduct post-project evaluations to identify areas forEnsure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and qualityAbility to learn new tools and processes Must be comfortable using and mastering a variety of technical toolsConduct and lead scoping meetings, manage and resolve conflict between stakeholders to achieve the best outcomesEvaluate project intake and change submission requests, communicate tradeoffs and engage key stakeholders in decision-making.Make a focused effort to understand the tools, details and efforts of worker resources through cross functional training efforts in order to discover efficiencies for processes across the department (i.e. understand what a designer does, how they do it and how long it takes for different types of projects).Engage personally and build deep relationships based on trust across the marketing team and related teams at Guild. Ability to communicate with visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
