What you'll doRun day-to-day project operations across 5–8 concurrent client engagementsBuild and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource forecasts in WrikeManage client approval workflows in Basecamp and keep deliverables moving cleanly through reviewCoordinate cross-functional contributors (strategy, creative, digital, research partners) and external specialistsRun weekly internal status meetings and prepare client status reportsQC every deliverable before it leaves the agency — links, copy, formatting, brand fidelity, version controlTrack scope and flag scope creep earlyMaintain meeting notes, action logs, and decision records for every engagementContinuously improve our internal processes and project management standards To apply: Send a note on the most complex project you've managed and what you'd do differently if you ran it again.
