The Project Success Manager is a liaison between internal departments to coordinate efficient, accurate and timely support for marketing jobs and deliverables. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, have a positive and proactive attitude and demonstrate a sincere interest in the clients’ business success. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Partner with the Account Manager in communicating with internal departments to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate execution of marketing deliverables. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or related field • 4-6 years of experience in project management within an advertising agency, across all mediums • Senior living experience is a plus • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple advertising projects simultaneously • Expert organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Proficiency in project management software and tools (Function Point, Basecamp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
