Project/Properties Manager

This position will hire, train and terminate independent contractor relationships. Independent contractors are required to maintain advertising signage and displays to Clear Channel Airports operating standards. Present to airports for approval for inventory and program designs to maximize revenue Maintain revenue throughout airport construction projects including management of inventory shifts Set up and order all materials for airport advertising display programs on time and under budget Hire and terminate independent contractor relationships Manage subcontractors during installation of advertising displays Maintain budgets for all capital expenditures, maintenance and repairs Work with business operation managers and sales manager to develop advertiser locations for sales Assist with Advertiser Client Services Specialty Coordination with Local and National levels Perform other duties as assigned or requested Field management- Audit maps, specs, change outs, install and removal fees.
