Role Description The Promotional Marketing and Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Harrisburg, PA. In this position, the agent supports event marketing campaigns by engaging with customers at live events, explaining brand offerings, and promoting products and services in a professional and energetic manner. Daily responsibilities include greeting attendees, answering questions, demonstrating value propositions, and guiding customers through the sales process. The agent will collaborate with team members to set up and break down event spaces, maintain brand standards, and contribute to campaign goals and performance metrics. This role also involves learning product and insurance-related details, participating in ongoing training, and providing high-quality customer service that reflects the company’s values.
