Property and Operations Manager

Premiere Staffing is currently seeking a PROPERTY AND OPERATIONS MANAGER The property Manager is responsible for all managed and owned properties, including planning, budgeting and tactical maintenance of equipment, machinery, building, and landscaping. On call responsibilities are components of this position. ESSENTAIL FUNCTIONS • Prepares and manages budgets • Solicit bids, and plans improvement and modifications • Inspects and monitors construction and modification progress • Manages and implements preventative maintenance of facility and equipment, including HAVC equipment. • Tracks all lease renewals and notify tenants in a timely manner of renewals. This includes managing on call staffing calendar, and administration of on-call phone service system • Administers our facilities staff and sub-vendors as well as oversee our maintenance request system to make sure that tenant issues are quickly resolved and that our properties are kept in good shape • PM must maintain their own vehicle as transportation to work sites, it is necessary to keep vehicle maintained and insured.
