Property management company seeking energetic admin assistant for our field operations. Would be part time position initially that can transpire into a possible full time position as we continue to grow as a company. The primary focus of the position is to remove and install lock boxes valley wide, perform tenant move outs in conjunction with specific procedures, property inspections, spreading notices, assistance with taking pictures and videos for marketing/advertising for our online rental listings along with general over all field operations. Pay to start at $14.00-$16.00 per hour and increased as skill and ability increases. Company transportation to be supplied for field operations.
