Help develop leasing timelines, budgets and marketing plans General Support Assist with annual budget process – gather utility and other global data, data entry of YTD figures, updating checklists and providing assistance with reviews Help prepare quarterly and year-end replacement reserve withdrawal requests and collect necessary back-up Assist with requests to post site job announcements and recruitment Help coordinate temporary staffing for site coverage needs Prepare, distribute and track results for resident surveys Prepare bid comparisons for large capital projects Track and source vendors for sites Help coordinate property management trainings and events Assist with client website updates QUALIFICATIONS: Business & Management Principles Strong task/process management Ability to multi-task and effectively manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines while demonstrating a strong sense of detailed organization in a fast-paced environment Excellent prioritization and execution skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Problem Solving & Deductive Reasoning Ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong and then apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Excellent attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an eye for message flow, details and tone. Up to 72 hours of sick time per year.
