Part 1 and primary focus of the position is to remove and install lock boxes valley wide, perform tenant move outs, assist with pictures and videos for marketing/advertising for online rental listings along with general over all field operations. Pay to start at $13.00-$15.00 per hour and increased as skill and ability increases. Note: this position can be stressful; please only apply if you are seeking long term position, able to deal with numerous phone calls, emails, are organized, a self starter, fast learner with energy and have a pleasant attitude. Prior experience with propertyware accounting a plus. In order to perform other future duties that will increase compensation scale, obtaining a real estate license will be required near term.
