Looking for a full time Property Manager in the Corvallis area. Prefer at least 2 years of Multifamily leasing experience or customer service. Must be able to comply with Fair Housing practices. You will work as member of a team, to ensure prompt and friendly service to our tenants and owners. **Requirements:** * Basic computer skills * Great attention to detail and able to multi-task * Strong organization and communication skills preferred * Able to answer multi-line phone system **Duties:** * Answer the telephone and take messages * Applications and lease signings * Scheduling work orders * Provide customer service to residents and owners * Help with online advertising and assist with marketing * Homeowner Associations – help with management * Owner monthly financials
