Property Manager

You will be responsible for managing all the daily operations of the property including managing a team and resources. Responsibilities include: o Operate the property within financial guidelines o Perform daily physical inspections of the property and coordination with the maintenance team o Maintain direct supervision of all staff, including work schedules, the delegation of duties, and conflict resolution o Interview and hire all property employees o Ensure all policies and procedures are upheld and infractions are properly reported o Meet leasing objectives by ensuring proper sales techniques are used including first-hand leasing o Exercise independent judgment and discretion to handle and resolve resident requests or concerns o Take responsibility for administrative duties including required reporting o Implement, design, and maintain a resident retention program, i.e., newsletter, resident referral program and/or social activities o Design/maintain a marketing and advertising concept for property staff to implement o Ensure property compliance with OSHA, Fair housing, and safety guidelines o Investigate and/or report any incidents regarding the residents, employees, vendors or others regarding the property Requirements: o Knowledge in Fair Housing o Ability to exercise sound judgment Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts o Strong communication skills o 2+ years of property management experience o Leadership experience o Self-motivated with attention to detail
