" Handle all prospective tenant calls/walk-ins " Implementing and overseeing effective strategic leasing and renewal strategies to enable the property to meet and exceed leasing, renewal/retention, and NOI goals " The qualified candidate MUST have 2+ years of experience managing multi- family rental housing " The ability to multi‐task and prioritize tasks to ensure corporate goals and deadlines are met
