Property Management Firm is seeking an experienced apartment manager that may manage a number of residential properties located in Sacramento and Placer County. We are seeking a very capable manager who is passionate about property management, sales and communications. The following is a list of experience and skills we require for our ideal candidates: - 2 years prior experience in residential and/ or commercial property management - Understanding of Commercial and/ or Residential Tenant/ Landlord law - BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university a PLUS - Excellent communication and writing skills - Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and the internet - Ability to motivate and lead a team - Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments - Very well organized and professional The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
