Responsible for maintaining and operating the property to the best interest of the Owner. Work with Supervisor to develop and arrange on- going training for self and staff as needed. Learn and implement the policies and procedures of the company. Develop and maintain professional contacts within the area and participate in public relations activities. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, advertising and marketing tactics to maximize occupancy.
