Property Manager will manage a commercial waeehouse/office rental property located in Longwood, Florida. Manages the Maintenance ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Oversee the smooth running of activities on a commercial property • Design and implement management strategies necessary for meeting the needs and requirements of owner • Carry out the marketing and advertising of property vacancies to attract tenants • Conduct screening of potential tenants to determine individuals best suited for a property • Shows units, onsite • Ensures all leases files are complete and that completion of leases is being executed properly, brings all leases to corporate for approval • Oversee the regular maintenance and repair of facilities to ensure utility needs of tenants are met • Carry out various financial obligations, such as monthly rent rolls, collecting tenant rent, entering is quick-books and making remote deposits. POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Requires a minimum of 5 years of successful Property Management experience. Rent Manager experience a plus.
