Property Manager

The rental manager will have full responsibility of managing daily tasks at their assigned properties that include marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, and enforcing leases. Work within the community to obtain any referrals of tenants Attract new tenants by advertising vacancies Responsible for timely showing of rental units Work with primary broker for any contractual issues Work with Controller for any financials or tax questions that the homeowner or tenant may have Ability to work hand-in-hand with Rental Admin and Accounting Department Work closely with principal broker and controller to ensure efficient and successful rental accounting operation(s) The ability to analyze basic tenant and customer ledger for any payments or credits Ability to meet deadlines and the ability to multi-task projects in a fast pace environment. Knowledge and Skills· Stay abreast of any building codes and/or new real estate requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong ability to investigate and research accounting and financial discrepancies (customer ledgers) Self-motivated, self-starter and self-directed. The ability to be self-motivated for closing sales Ability to put together a prospecting plan and execute Working knowledge of AppFolio preferred 3-5 years as experience as a Rental or Property Manager. Current State of Hawaii Real Estate License in good standing Current State of Hawaii Broker’s License preferred Valid State Issued Driver’s License
