Property Manager

Requires working with sister sites for additional coverage when necessary • Manage vendors to ensure quality service is received • Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely manner and monitor for detailed notes by maintenance in Yardi • Ensure that all tenant requests are being responded to in a timely and professional manner • Stay knowledgeable regarding market conditions and trends and make pricing recommendations no less than one time per week • Ensure that all aged delinquencies are being collected with detailed notes in Yardi • Assist with preparation of budgets, financial statements, and periodic reports as needed • Ensure vacant units are made-ready in a timely manner and up to Trinity standards • Review marketing/advertising sources for accuracy and success rate and make recommendations to Regional Property Manager and Marketing Department • Other duties and assignments as requested by management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • College degree or equivalent work experience • PayScan experience preferred • Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience • CCRM experience helpful Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience • 3+ years' experience in property management • Knowledge of San Francisco rent laws • Ability to problem solve, communicate professionally, and keen attention to detail • Strong computer skills • Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies when necessary The above statements describe the essential functions and qualifications needed for this position and has been prepared by Trinity to use in planning, staffing, budgeting and/or evaluation of employees.
