Summary: This customer service oriented individual will manage a portfolio of Single Family Renal homes for our investors. This position will implement and monitor operations, profitability, marketing and resident relations of the property, while maintaining and maximizing the value of the portfolio. Prepare advertising and marketing plan for each property. Communicate with residents, follow up on service requests and promotion of resident services. • Previous experience working with a Property Management Company as a Property Manager.
