This person will be responsible for executing strategies to achieve maximum revenue, empowering property staff to accomplish objectives, and creating a positive work environment. This individual must possess a proven track record in successfully managing multifamily properties that are located in a dynamic and growth area of the local economy. Experience level and knowledge requirements call for 4+ years' work in property management, in addition to experience in leasing, marketing, supervision, and budget preparation and implementation. * Leadership able to inspire excellence in staff members by communicating expectations, giving and receiving feedback, and developing the growth and success of the property team.
