Our ideal applicant will have an upbeat positive attitude, outgoing personality, and 3-5 years min experience in apartment management and or leasing. The individual will demonstrate strong marketing, closing and collection abilities combined with budget conscious administration of profit objectives. Maintaining above 98% occupancy and 98% collections is imperative and an excellent bonus structure is in place to reward achievement of these goals.
