Manage maintenance requests in computer work order system in conjunction with verifying workorder completion. Schedule and monitor daily progress of on-site maintenance staff Ensure that all service requests are completed satisfactorily Schedule and inspect all make-readies Work with contractors, as necessary, to complete projects being completed on the property.
