The primary role of the PMA is to assist the Property Manager by maintaining the front office, advertising the available properties for rent, handling customers’ inquiries, preparing documents, processing necessary paperwork, and other general office tasks. The responsibilities include maintaining supreme customer service standards and providing quality service with a strong commitment to the highest levels of professional and personal excellence to ensure high overall satisfaction with Trio Property Management Inc. and our management services.
