PacifiCap Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager for our Community Gardens location who has in depth, working knowledge of Project Based Section 8 and Section 42 Tax Credit laws and at least three years of property multi-site management experience. • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, and planning renovations. • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. • Processes resident re-certifications in a timely manner. • Must be customer service oriented
