Nicolosi & Fitch is looking for a Property Manager for a 76 unit property. The purpose of this position is to provide management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives. Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc. • Make the apartment community profitable. • Evaluate advertising and marketing techniques and make changes when necessary.
