The objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels for all properties, maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises. • Carry out the marketing and advertising of property vacancies to attract tenants • Oversee the regular maintenance and repair of facilities to ensure utility needs of tenants are met • Self-motivated with strong organizational, management and time management skills with the ability to effectively set priorities. This is a full-time in-house position.
