We are currently hiring an experienced Property Manager. The candidate must have 2+ years of property management experience in a similar role managing 200+ units. Compensation will be based on experience + quarterly bonuses. Essential Functions: Proven ability to develop, coach, counsel, hire/fire, and train personnel Develop a solid marketing plan and maintain focus on curb appeal, common-sense advertising plan Proactively adjust market rents and continually seek opportunities for revenue growth Review the weekly update report and develop goals and strategies to combat occupancy issues, future exposure or high renewal exposure Conduct weekly physical inspections of all areas of the property to evaluate the condition relative to curb appeal, health, safety risk management, asset preservation, customer service, and company standards Conduct regular audits to ensure that all office and maintenance procedures are being adhered to Ensure timely and accurate preparation of various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
