We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage several Multi- family housing units in Salem Oregon. Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits. Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and scheduling repairs, planning renovations, and contracting with landscaping. Property Manager Qualifications / Skills: Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations High level of organization and attention to detail Competence with office management software Desire to help tenants, fill vacancies and work with the maintenance team Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
