Property Manager or Leasing Consultant

Responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments. • Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements. Follow up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters. • Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis. • Follow up with residents to ensure vendors and maintenance staff completed work orders in an efficient and timely manner.
