We are looking for a responsible and experienced person to help us manage the Port Washington Apartments. Close proximity to Olympic College, downtown, PSNS, and the Seattle ferry. This will be a 4-5 hour per day job monday to Friday and after hour emergencies. Responsible for all aspects of property management including tenant screening, leasing, tenant move outs, managing apartment turns for new tenants ensuring standards are met, while maintaining good landlord tenant relations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Tenant screening (Credit & Criminal) Advertising units as they become available Leasing and proper record keeping on computer Point of Purchase rent collection Computer skills to update rent rolls and issue receipts Prepare work orders as needed Serving notices Manage a calendar Monitor and maintain security cameras Oversee 3rd party vendors (contractors) Maintain common areas including laundry room, hallways, parking lot, and landscaping Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and climb stairs with ease Handle evictions as needed Ensure property always has good curb appeal Organize and manage tools, supplies, and materials needed for rebabs Regularly inspect grounds and remove trash as needed Communicate regularly with ownership and provide written activity reports Available 24/7 for emergencies only Cordial and polite behavior with all tenants Represent ownership in a professional manner at all times Coordinate between tenants, bank, property and any other third party Negotiate lease renewals and conduct background checks on new clients Maintain building security cameras and work with authorities when needed Respond to tenant issues in a timely manner, e.g. water leaks and damaged equipment Follow up with utility companies to ensure bills are paid on time and coordinate with cable service providers to set up TV services as neededCreate an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
