We are looking for an experienced property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of a large apartment community. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned property including maintenance and office functions Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards of work orders and unit turnovers Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants All aspects of leasing from advertising to lease execution Collection of delinquent accounts Ensure property is well maintained including common spaces, tenant spaces, etc. Skills Proven work experience as property manager In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management including specific NYS laws and Fair Housing Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Strong leasing, sales and/or customer service experience Well organized with excellent time management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: Kingston, NY 12401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Management: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: One location
