And we’re looking for talented people to join our team. At Leisure Care we strive to positively impact the lives of our customers and employees each and every day. The Property Manager’s role is to establish and cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources to communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community and advance sales. In addition to managing all day-to-day operations of this 130-unit property, the Property Manager’s duties include touring prospective residents, managing the leasing and move-in/move-out process, inspecting the building and grounds daily, as well as, coordinating maintenance.
