Leasing/Property Manager for two apartment communities in Geneva. We are looking for a dynamic, goal oriented, creative problem solver, multi-tasker, high energy and positive person. Must have an outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and telephone skills as well as being a team player. This position needs to be very organized, pays attention to details, able to show apartments, process applications, organize move ins and move outs, handle tenant relations and communications as well as advertising needs. Prior experience in a management position in any of the following fields: leasing, property management, customer service, sales and marketing.
