Job Description: Leasing- Post ads daily on various rental advertising platforms to generate leads Respond to inquiries in a timely manner to generate showings Show the apartments to prospective tenants Screen applicants, manage leasing process, collecting deposits in a timely manner Make sure new tenants set up online auto rental payments in a timely manner after moving in. Renovation/Construction management- File necessary permits with cities Communicate with city officials on permit inquiries Finding the right subcontractors Coordinate subcontractors’ schedule to make sure on budget on time deliveries Maintenance Coordination- Communications with tenants on maintenance issues Forward maintenance requests to the appropriate subcontractors and maintenance people Follow up with the maintenance tasks to ensure completion Record keeping- Keep proper records of all expenses and revenue Manage/monitor rent collections Job Requirements: Self motivated Problem solver Organized Responsive to requests and inquiries People person please email us your resume showing us your experience.
