Proposal and Marketing Production Intern

WEBB is looking for a Proposal and Marketing Production Intern to support our Business Development and Marketing team. Responsibilities Assemble proposal layouts in Adobe InDesign using established templates and direction from Proposal Managers.Prepare initial proposal layouts ("25% submissions") to support proposal teams.Update and organize resumes and project profiles in OpenAsset.Create production graphics for social media and internal communications using existing templates.Build PowerPoint presentations from provided outlines and content.Support BD/M workflows by improving production efficiency and consistency.
