PT Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper

We are a fast-paced company that owns and operates a wide range of various projects that include two marketing and advertising platforms, storefront retail, e-commerce website and several other commercial developments, currently seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team! This key position will be responsible for the completion of administrative and accounting tasks and will work closely with the CEO and Operations Director. The ideal candidate possesses an Associate’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or QuickBooks Certified, 3-5 years administrative and HR experience, has a strong work ethic and ability to multitask with attention to detail. Responsibilities: Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff, client staff, and consultants Maintain accurate accounting records using Quickbooks Process accounts receivable/payable Reconcile Bank Statements and Credit Cards Provide Monthly P&L and Balance Statements Manage employee time sheets and payroll processing Schedule meetings Make travel arrangements Purchase office supplies Other general administrative tasks as directed Some HR duties: manage PTO, employee documents, assist with the new hire and termination process Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or Quickbooks Certification 3-5+ years administrative and HR experience Intermediate knowledge of Quickbooks Online Solid understanding of advanced bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles Proficiency in MS Office applications, Gmail and G-Suite/Google Drive High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Desire to learn and gain new skills and be a team player Flexible demeanor with the ability to multi-task and change focus at any time Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exhibits the program values of integrity, cooperation, diligence, and dedication
