PT Administrative Media Assistant

Confidential Denver / Boulder, Colorado

Seeking a part-time, 20-25 hours per week, individual who is detailed and numbers-oriented to help us with administrative support, post-buy analysis and the media billing process. Candidate should be detail-oriented, good with numbers, self-motivated and possess a passion for accuracy and teamwork. The Administrative Media Assistant will assist in the management of documentation of advertising we place on behalf of our client partners and work with internal teams to support ongoing buying efforts. Primary responsibilities include: • Document retrieval and download from online portals • Coordinating and producing information for post-analysis • Provide support to ensure accurate and timely client billing • Creating, compiling, cross-checking and filing paperwork (contracts/invoices) • Collecting vendor affidavits and proof of delivery/performance • Reconciling vendor invoices against orders • Auditing and reconciling monthly billing • Communicating billing and contract issues internally • Utilizing agency automation for invoice collection, billing and reporting Qualifications: • Good attention to detail, organized and dependable • Strong time management skills and ability to maintain focus to complete tasks on deadline • Experience using standard office applications such as Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Outlook • Strong oral and written communication skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Energetic and eager to learn Regular part-time, immediate availability.
