Hold a current license or privilege to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas. • Competence in all basic skills of nursing practice. • Communicate professionally with students, clinical faculty, and agency personnel. • To know and follow the policies of the Nursing Department, the affiliated clinical facility, and sound teaching practices while supervising students in the clinical or simulation area. • To communicate with and work under the direction of the course lead instructor and the faculty member(s) to whom assigned.
