Position Summary

Responsibilities

* Assist with planning and coordinating outreach activities and public-facing initiatives.
* Help prepare informational materials, presentations, and approved company announcements.
* Support the coordination of company events, promotional appearances, and community activities.
* Share accurate company information with customers and other audiences.
* Respond to general questions and refer specialized inquiries to the appropriate team.
* Help organize schedules, contact information, and records related to outreach activities.
* Collect audience feedback and communicate relevant observations to colleagues.
* Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate and consistent messaging.
* Assist with preparing materials and logistical details for public engagement activities.
* Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. professionally during events and external interactions.

Qualifications
