Position Summary

Responsibilities

* Assist with coordinating public relations activities and outreach initiatives.
* Prepare and organize approved informational materials and company communications.
* Share accurate information about company services, initiatives, and promotional activities.
* Support public engagement events, presentations, and brand awareness campaigns.
* Respond to general inquiries or direct requests to the appropriate team member.
* Help maintain positive relationships through courteous and professional interactions.
* Organize correspondence, contact information, and outreach records.
* Gather feedback and communicate relevant observations to the team.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in public-facing messaging.
* Assist with preparing briefing documents and other communication materials.
