Primary Responsibilities: •Create and manage annual Public Relations/Communications Strategic Plan for the RESIDE portfolio •Write press releases and prepare information for the media where applicable •Respond to media agency inquiries •Maintain the organization and C-Suite’s corporate image and identity •Identify appropriate industry publications and news outlets, advertising & promotion opportunities, and award submissions that align with the company goals and mission •Draft speeches and arrange interviews for the organization’s top executives to maximize thought leadership views •Evaluate public opinion of clients through social media •Manage day-to-day reactive and proactive communications and reputation management on all key social media channels •Grow awareness, engagement, reach and impact through proactive PR/Communications campaigns Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English or equivalent field required. •2+ years of media management and PR experience preferred •Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and the desire to exceed expectations •Demonstrated ability to be accurate, attentive and detail oriented •Demonstrated superior grammatical, oral, and written communication skills •Demonstrated success with translating brand into various forms of media •Must maintain professional image and demeanor •Excellent project management and organizational skills. •Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with people from different regions, level and departments, both internally and externally •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Photoshop preferred), Canva.
