Description: Looking for talented, independent back-end developer with excellent problem-solving skills to manage and add functionality to a B2B SAAS application built on Python and React. Full-time opportunity with benefits. Job is initially 100% remote with option to work in Boston-based office post- COVID. Opportunity to manage growing team of developers. • Experience developing SAAS applications • Experience with deploying docker containers on AWS • Familiarity using Jira and Confluence • Excellent written/verbal communications skills with non-technical staff • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent related work experience preferred ROLE: • Develop, test and deploy new back-end views for a B2B SAAS application • Write clean, concise and well documented code & documentation • Manage Postgres database using Django’s ORM • Incrementally improve the design & architecture through refactoring • Self starter & comfortable working independently COMPANY: • Adlistics manages an online marketplace that newspapers use to list print and digital advertising options and advertisers use to search for newspaper advertising opportunities and to place orders to buy advertising • We expect to launch Adlistics in July/August • Adlistics is wholly-owned by OnCampus Advertising, an 18-year-old media company focused on the youth market • Watch our promo video - https://youtu.be/a7lXqJUXmhc Compensation: Competitive based on experience and capabilities
