• Advertise Units available on-site in a timely manner – keep up with signage orders. • Direct Applicants to the Property Management Software to apply • Receive and review applications in a timely manner. • Review approved applications with the Property Manager • Accept and sign all tenant teases and rental documents • Return all calls and texts in a timely manner – no longer than 24 hours • Meet with Property Manager and Maintenance at least once a week • Create and submit weekly reports on tenancies and vacancies to management • Submitting weekly reports regarding all applications and occupancy • Prepare Leases and all Addenda. • Take photos of the vacant, move-in-ready unit – upload to Appfolio • Submit Move-in Checklists to be filed with the Property Manager and Administrator for recordkeeping • Ensure PM Software is always used to check in-out keys and lock boxes • Note all conversations in Appfolio logs • Communicate with applicants and tenants through Appfolio email – Ensure a paper trail of all communications are accurately kept and recorded. The Leasing Agent will be required to travel and may work evenings and weekends to show properties, receive applications and meet Lease generated deadlines.
