We are a digital marketing agency that's local to Bend and Portland seeking an additional Executive Assistant to work remotely with a few exceptions initially and then transition to in office most of the time (one or more months out). Our current need for this position is quarter time, primarily to watch emails and assist with administrative responsibilities when staff are out sick, so things run smoothly. This would be a great position for someone who can monitor their phone during business hours, but doesn't want to be tied to a desk all day. We anticipate this will become a permanent full time position over the next 6-9 months. The ideal candidate is: \\- Extremely reliable.
