Candidates must be eager to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage a diverse workload.Base pay range$56,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will collaborate with the digital advertising team and client teams to manage and execute digital advertising campaigns from start to finish. The Digital Advertising Associate will help execute the digital strategy for client accounts including acquisition and activation ads, education and persuasion ads, online fundraising, and social media promotion.About Rational 360Rational 360 is a leading full-service strategic communications and digital agency with offices across the country. The Rational Approach emphasizes integrated campaigns and measurable outcomes.Qualifications1-2 years of hands-on digital advertising experienceHands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), Google Ads, LinkedIn, Stack Adapt, Simpli.fi, Liveramp, or other programmatic platformsIntermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, including conversion tracking, goals, and funnelsExperience reporting on paid/owned/earned social mediaExperience executing ad campaigns with goals including acquisition, fundraising, and persuasionFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, browser plug-ins, and third-party analytics/measurement tools in addition to each platform's native measurement solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage internal and external communications with professionalismExtreme attention to detailAbility to set advertising goals and drive toward themAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven ability to develop creative, strategic digital solutions for communications challengesBonus PointsExperience in public affairs/advocacy settingsBasic HTML knowledgeBasic knowledge of search engine optimizationFamiliarity with programmatic media buyingKnowledge of multi-touch attribution solutionsBachelor's degreeCore ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to develop and execute paid social and paid search strategies across platformsLaunch, manage, optimize, and report on campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Google, Bing)Report on performance and analyze data to derive actionable insightsRepresent the department in client meetings and conference callsParticipate in new business proposals/presentationsCompile SEO audits/recommendations and advise on implementation as appropriateBenefitsRational 360 offers competitive compensation including year-end bonuses and a 401(k) match for full-time employees.
