This person will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and supporting continued growth of both Smoker Property Management and Smoker Realty. • Assisting with advertising and promotion of properties for both Smoker Property Management and Smoker Realty • Interacting directly with property management clients, tenants, and contractors (e.g. maintenance and repair contractors) • Communicating with relevant stakeholders regarding appointments • Working Knowledge of the Bright MLS system
