Real Estate Agent (New/Entry Level)

We provide best in class customer service to our consumers through innovative technology and a transparent transaction experience. You will go through our structured training that will have you leaving confident in both your technical real estate knowledge and soft people skills. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, a closer mentality and be able to learn and grow successfully in an efficient amount of time. $35-40K base year salary plus commission - If you hit your goals, you will make $100k plus, and if you exceed your goals you can make $200k plus. During weekdays, if you are not in tours, you must be in the office prospecting for new business Follow up with potential leads, speaking by phone, e-mail and in-person to find out their needs and what we can offer them Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with agents on the team Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities Management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle Answer incoming lead calls as needed Qualifications: Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining your California Real Estate license 1-3 years of real estate experience [we are willing to teach the right candidate who has less experience] CA Driver's license Reliable personal transportation (a car is a must have) Knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area is preferable Must be able to learn quickly and be computer savvy Adaptable with the ability to multitask Be punctual - being on time is essential Willing to learn our systems and adapt quickly Be willing to travel all over the Bay Area for business A positive, can-do attitude Ready to work right out of the gate Benefits: Paid time off Health benefit package Computer and Cell Phone provided MLS dues paid for Monthly parking spot paid for at our San Francisco office If you are able to adapt quickly to new situations, learn new systems, and are a friendly, outgoing person - we're looking for you!
