Busy real estate team seeks to add buyer's agents to work our leads. You would generally receive about 7 - 10 leads per week if you work DC, VA, & MD. Split is 50% on regular deals and 65% on anything you bring to the table from your SOI/past clients. We have way too many leads for our small number of agents and could use a few more good agents, plus we're willing to buy more leads once we find some good agents. Right now I have two agents that had been in the business about a year each and closed 3 deals total (combined) prior to coming on.
