I am confident I can take any agent that sold $1M - $3M and help them sell $6M+ in 2021 if they are dedicated and committed to FT real estate sales. We also have added an Inside Sales Assistant that calls the old and nurture leads and digs up the ones who are now ready to start looking. Most teams will take another 5% or 10% off the top when a lead comes from the ISA but at this time I have not touched the split. I pay most of your business expenses and you won't need to spend anything on marketing. Our current marketing budgets is over $3k per month per agent.
