In the role you would… \\- Take all in coming calls and texts from people calling in from our advertising campaigns \\- Qualify or disqualify them if they are a possible candidate for us to buy their home \\- Perform in person consultation in their home to explain how we work \\- Make offers on house and get contracts signed \\- Work with our buyers, title reps and staff to determine and execute exit strategies for all homes we buy Who we are looking for… \\- Magnetic & personable, emotionally intelligent, excellent conversationalist \\- Passionate about building a career and lifestyle, not just performing a job \\- Thirst for learning, inquisitive, dedicated to achieving goals We have a proven track record of income for this position. The position is divided between hours in our office and attending consulting calls in and around Cuyahoga, some of Lorain and Lake counties with people in their homes.
