DUTIES: \\- Handle all aspects of transactions \\- Transaction/file management \\- Office management \\- Phones \\- Signs, flyers lock boxes etc \\- Marketing \\- Showings & Open houses \\- Inputting and updating listings in the MLS \\- Online and print advertising \\- Maintain database \\- Lead distribution and management REQUIREMENTS: -Inner drive for the job and also for your personal advancement (we want you to suceed!) -Able to work quickly under pressure -Ability to create and follow a plan and schedule -Able to follow directions -High attention to detail and ability to produce consistant, accurate work -Excellent customer service skills -Ability to work independently -Excellent computer and problem solving skills -Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented -Must be a team player with a "can do" attitude -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently -Familiarity with CAR Contracts and ZipForms -Reliable transportation, as you may need to view properties, take photos, etc. We prefer you have at least 3 years experience in real estate sales.
